Hi Aaron! Very nice to meet you! I've actually considered house hacking for the last couple of month in Seattle but as the cashflow is non existent and starting price is a bit far reached for me. I would love to discuss otherwise and hear about your stories! PMed everyone thanks!

If I were you I would start your real estate journey with a house hack or small multifamily. I’ve done both, shoot me a message if you would like to talk more.

Would love to chat! PM thanks

Hey everyone I'm a new member to Biggerpockets. I read Rich Dad Poor Dad 3 years ago and have been possessed with the idea of real estate investing ever since. I am a young profession in the Seattle area. I'd like to meet with investors or anyone in the real estate business in the pacific north west. Anyone in the Tacoma, Kent, Burien, Seattle, Shoreline, Lynnwood etc... I would like to help with their real estate business/dealings. I'm not looking for a 2nd job, but I want to learn and would like to help you however I can. I am especially interested in doing BRRRRs and/or long distance investing. I'm just looking to start my network!

All the best,

I see many post referencing the good cashflow potential in the midwest (1%-2% RTP) for SFH. I was wondering what the market was for small MFH and if anyone had any experience/opinion of them in these markets. I would assuming the cashflow is better but would there be any caveats.
