Looking for a great real estate cpa

Are there any attorneys in Denver who set up real estate trust.

I listen to Pace and he seems to really be sharp on Subject To (creative financing.) However I need to know the best way to get contracts written into templets were I can just plug the numbers into the deals I propose to sellers? 

Any suggestions, or do I just have my agent do this for me? Working in different markets just need to get some feedback. 

Thank you for the response. I only owe about 450k total. This is the total debt.

Primary resident has a HELOC, bank has frozen the HELCO Im paying it down, and I have never been behind on it, all bills paid on time, but debt of CC are maxed. Have almost 400k in equity dont really want to refi into more debt, paying down debt now on CC. Need to know if I should hold off on rolling in to a refi for FHA loan which will consolidate debt, but cut into my equity and put us into more debt. Please advise, open for suggestions.

I have private lenders who have extra money who want to invest with me but I don’t  have the paperwork to explain the deals.Anyone know where is the best place I can go to draft up the agreement other then an attorney, or Eforms?
