Quote from @Erin Spradlin:

@Leslie Chukwuleta - I just DM'd you, but to answer your question: yes. I work with a consulting clients throughout the United States with their midterm rentals, rent by the room and buy and holds. The goal for our work is to get your rental set up on a platform, vet your first tenant and then get the tenant secured before you are independent. Basically, it is hand holding for your first tenant and property experience.
Likewise, we also talk to a lot of clients about which model makes the most sense. Most of my clients do midterm rentals, but it isn't always right for everyone. Sometimes having someone play devil's advocate is also useful. Please reach out if you want to discuss more. Thanks!

Hi Erin and thanks so much for connecting! I sent you an email to discuss more.

Hello everyone,

My name is Leslie from Plano, TX and I am new to investing. My  ultimate goal is to buy and hold but with the higher interest rates I am trying my hand at flipping since its difficult to cashflow with a long term rental.

I am  about to complete my first flip project and  wanted to weigh my options between selling or keeping as a mid term rental.

1) I am curious how the market is fairing particularly in Garland Texas. Is the market saturated? Difficulty filling vacancies? etc.

2) Also, I could really use some hand holding if I decide to rent mid term. Are there any services that offer help with the initial setup and listing of a property? I have read books, joined forums and probably know all I need to about mid term rentals. But I prefer the guidance of someone with experience.

Thanks in advance for any guidance provided.
