@Michael Noto I understand there’s more to the report beyond the score. Does this mean one should desist from having a credit score as part of the rental criteria?

I have some lots that I would like to transfer into an already formed LLC.

How best can I do without spending too much money?

Which is the best deed to use in my situation.

I am new to real estate and am a DIY landlord in Missouri City, Tx.  Just closed on a property last week. I have listed it on Zillow.

Given the time of the year, what are the chances of getting a tenant with in the month? 
 
Are there any other sites to market it.
