@Michael P.  @Thomas Corleyand @Blake Parkthank you all so much for posting your replies.  Columbus was not really on my radar at all (not sure why) so thank you for suggesting it.  I will definitely be checking it out.

I'm asking for input on good cities in Ohio for investing.  I love both single family homes as well as multi family.  But how do I start to consider what area to be looking in?  I have been looking at Akron and Toledo areas - but am I missing something obvious and are there other areas that might perform better?  Thank you in advance for sharing your knowledge with me.

I have a fourplex in a "D" location in So. Cal. My tenants are pretty good, but how can I prevent neighborhood people from dumping trash in carport/dumpster area?  At night, at least once a week .... people come and dump everything from garbage, to refrigerators, to couches around my dumpster area and sometimes in the carport.  I just spent $125.00 today having that area cleaned out again.  This is a weekly scenario.  We tried putting a lock on the dumpster, but then trash got set on top of the locked lid, as well as all around the area.  Any ideas???   I am at my wits end!
