Hi everyone,

I hope everyone is staying safe from this unexpected virus.

I have a question for realtors or anyone who has any knowledge of this.

How hard would it be to subdivide land in Old Bridge, New Jersey?

If possible, what's the process for it?

The lot has a total of .29 acres of land. There is already a house in that lot that takes up 1,800 sqft. I want to see If I can put another house on that lot. Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

Stay safe everyone!

Leo
