David had mentioned in the last webinar that one could seek financing through Biggerpockets, on properties that are clear sound investments that would cash flow.  I searched throughout the site, but couldn't find the information I was looking for exactly.  Can anyone stere me in the right direction?  I've come across a few deals,(that I believe)that are to good to pass and want to seek financing as soon as possible.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.
