ThankYou for your feedback guys. I truly appreciate it. The faucet isn't mounted to the wall. It's at that back of the sink. Is there a way I can post pics for you all to see in here?

Good Morning BP Family, About 3 days ago I started to notice standing water right around my kitchen sink. I thought it was just water left over from dishes but then it happened for the next 3 days. So last night I dried up water then waited to see if I can catch where the leak was coming from. I noticed the water was coming from what looks to be a small crack in the wall directly behind the sink. I then check under the sink and there was no water . Then I check the other bathrooms and HVAC and notice no leak as well. What might this be? Is this something I can easily fix myself or should I call a plumber. Should I put some sealant(I think that's what it's called) on the crack. Thanks Family

Thanks so much. I wasn't home when the guy came to clean the ducts so he really scared the crap out of my wife. Had her really paranoid that we were breathing in mold. It's just hard to find honest people you can trust.

Hello BP family, My wife and I had a contractor come out to do our air duct cleaning. My wife was the only person here when the contractor got here as I was still at work. After the cleaning he says that there is mold and that the cost to remove it is $1050. I had a buddy of mine who does mold inspection look at the video and he says its more than likely just dust build up and the coils just need a good cleaning which is a couple hundred vs the $1050. I will try and post the video so you all can see as well. My friend also said this is a common practice among some dishonest contractors to play on people's ignorance to make more money. What are your thoughts?
