Hello BP,

after flipping a house and you decide that you want to put it up for rent, how does that work with paying back lenders?  do we refi through a bank? and if I do refi through the bank what is the process? does the bank pay off the loan made to flip the house? any advice?  thank you BP!

do lenders expect monthly payment on what they had lent you immediately, or is their payment due upon the selling of the house after the flip?  Thank you BP!
