Hello,

What is considered a "recent graduate" to mortgage lenders when it comes to waiving the two-year work experience requirement? Would you have to find employment that aligns with your degree in 6 months or do they consider the "recent graduate title" for up to two years?

Thank you for replying. I have read that it may not be required if you just graduated college and accepted a job because your time in college will count as your two years. Is that true?

Hello,

Is two years on a job still a requirement for buying a house? I want to get into house hacking.
