Did you try to negotiate a seller's finance? No money down. Pay either the interest they want or pay full price. That could work I believe if you can do that.

Hello Biggerpockets. I'm brand new to this. I'm a truck driver who deliver wine. Im just networking about the multifamily investment. I would like to buy then rent on a long term. Would that be a bad decision on my 1st deal??
