Hi BP,

New member here trying to gain some knowledge.

Assuming in a fast growing city like Phenix, AZ what is the pro/cons for picking few single family homes for long term rental/cash flow comparing of buying a multifamily/apartment home.

Hi

I bought few residential homes and commercial properties before, and got lucky with some good equity appreciation.

I hope to gain more knowledge on selecting/comparing rental cash flow properties. Also looking for a experienced advisor on investing multifamily home/ apartments in Arizona or any other fast growing cities.

Is Colorado a great State to invest multi-family/Apartments comparing to Arizona?

Looking for balanced cash flow  and appreciation.
