Jon, flipping is what i want to do at this early stage. I enjoy hunting for properties and the speed of the game is very attractive to me.

Joshua, I really need to get it off the ground i have being reading studying, listening to podcasts, searching the MLS and worked with a realtor for 4 months, REI is all i do when i get off work but I am feeling stuck at the moment.
Im trying to find someone in my area as motivated as i am to partner up or mentor me, any suggestions?
