Great to hear from you. 

I had paid for several inspections and put earnest monies down on the property (eventually got reimbursed). Happy to discuss this further and share the contractors I have been working with and the property I purchased, if you would find it beneficial.

The ARV numbers did not work out for the deal after all. Expensive lesson... Leaned much from this experience.

Excellent, thank you very much. The house is going to need much more rehab than initially thought. 

- New roof, HVAC, pest/WDO mitigation, plumbing and some electric

I have placed a counter offer based on these findings. If the deal moves forward, I will need contractors ASAP. 

Once I actually get relocated, maybe we can meet in person.

Just learned today my offer was accepted for a property in Fort Myers. This home will need lots of renovation as the original owner lived in the property for the last 50+ years.

Looking for investor focused contractors to assist with the rehab.
