Hi @Lucas Machado Thanks for your reply. As a matter of fact I've been to a couple of DREIA meetings and they have been very helpful to get a feel of the investing community in Miami.

Hey guys! I'm a fairly new real estate agent in Miami and also a newbie investor. I currently own a condo that has been paid for cash and has been appreciating and generating cashflow for the past 6 years. That is pretty much my whole experience in real estate investing and I have decided to start building my way to financial freedom. I'm looking for like minded people to partner with and to mentor under. I'm 110% motivated and ready to get out there and make it happen. Any advise on how to start in Miami is more than welcome!
