I'm trying to start wholesaling, flipping later. Several people have told me to look for foreclosures, evictions, etc. at the courthouse. I'm in DeKalb  County, GA. I called the court and asked about foreclosure listings... but she said I have to have the name of the people under foreclosure. What piece of the puzzle am I missing?

If I get a software for comps in Atlanta, what software do you recommend? If I use a realtor, how should I pay them for all those comps? Any suggestions?
