hi Sean thank you for responding to me I’m in Morris County but I’m pretty much willing to start can you give me anywhere it makes sense I don’t Have issues with traveling around the state as long as it’s beneficial .  

I’m looking in New Jersey because I’m hoping to be a part of it , hands on , and be part of the process.  I always thought of buying and flipping but the brrrr seems like a nice thing to do for us 

I’m new here and I’m from New Jersey looking to get into the real estate market and hopefully set up a nice portfolio for me and my family to live a little more relaxed life . If anyone can help to get me started I would greatly appreciate the help .
