Post: Mold advisory from both agents

I'm in escrow purchasing my first home in Escondido. I'm 3 days from my physical inspection period expiring. I just received some documents to sign/initial from both my realtor and the selling realtor. Among the documents were Mold Advisories from both realtors. My question is, are advisories such as this standard in any real estate transaction? Or, should the receipt of these be any cause for concern? The property is at the bottom of a very large slope, and drainage was a concern. But I have not noticed any moldy smells or seen any signs. Thanks.
