Needing help with wholesaling my first deal. The property has been for sale 4+ months and is vacant- owners live out of state & they own it free & clear. Currently priced at market value but the owners got the property for about half its current value 5 years ago, so feel they would accept less. Property is in great, safe neighborhood with top 10 schools.

Yes, 180 hours before taking the licensing exam. Then 90 hours have to be completed within 2 years post license. I have already finished 90 hours, but need to pay again to access the next 3 courses.... Also in TX all course exams have to be proctored now. Those first 3 courses I just tested at home....

I had signed up with 'realestateexpress' and my 6 months has expired.  I only completed 3 courses but really want to finish it out.  Wondering if its a good investment to re-enroll for another 6 months and get the package that includes access for the pre-licensing classes as well as the 90 hour post license class requirement.  Cost with the current promo would be $464.  Any advice as to if this is a good investment? (I am in Texas)
