It was a pleasure meeting you al yesterday. 

Both myself (Investor) and my spouse (Realtor) had a great time connecting with like minded people. This is where the best deals are being made & brainstormed.

Great to have your family in the area. We have a very similar story. Starting to invest in Naples, Ft. Myers. Actively looking every day for STR, SFH or small Multi-Family. Attending local REIA meetings. As we already have some projects going in the area - it would be great to connect.

We are looking for a professional who will advise on how to set up investment properties ownership for a married couple without a Pre-Nuptial agreement.

The state of Florida has a 50/50 split in case of divorce.

Since my spouse finances some of her properties herself, and the same applies to me - we would like to have a fair split in case of an unexpected life situation of divorce.

Is any experienced investor willing to advise, please?
