Hello everyone sorry for the late reply, thank you for all the great help and advice!

I am from the UK and trying to find some great Real Estate Communities and this one has been recommended by a Rich Dad advisor.

I am not sure where my target area is going to be currently as i have to review markets around me to determine which markets offer me the greatest opportunities for properties that Cashflow.

To be clear, i am looking for Real Estate Investments that Cashflow, i am not looking to invest for appreciation specifically or flipping.

This seems a very great community on here and i am looking to network around like minded people as many of my friends are not investors! Parish the thought! lol.
