Pineville, Belmont, etc are all great. I own in South Charlotte and Pineville...I really like MOST parts of Pineville because great schools (loved by longterm renters) and safe / quiet area. I bought a 4/2 2k square foot home for 280 that rents for 2200/mo. It's hard to find those rental numbers in Charlotte from what I have seen at least this past year... West Charlotte is also a good up and coming area- lots of development going on

@tyler_fischer good to meet you! I just purchased my first property last year and am on the refi part of BRRR after renovating a house in Starmount neighborhood. Going to cash out in the next week or so and will be set up to purchase at least one more rental this year (hopefully two pending appraisal...fingers crossed). Right now I am referring to single family, but I have been reading and underwriting deals for multifamily and self storage and am looking to dip my toes more into that piece of it as well
