Did you end up taking the course?

Yes, I've actually searched them all in the past only to end up going in circles or writing ghost pitches or some other reason falls through.

I currently have two active VA home loans, to echo what @Carroll H. is alluding to.  Wasn't too hard at all.

Thank you for asking this question.  Reading the answers definitely help me to clarify my choice of maintaining multiple accounts!

Every once in a while I'll get motivated to search for grants to help me expand my portfolio and add to my cash flow but I've yet to find anything nor have I heard of any success stories.
