@Doug Pintarch I wish I lived closer as well i would definitely be there.

@Frank Wong you're right again my friend. I was thinking too specific. I will definitely get out this weekend, and get my shots in.

@Bruce Lynn that is my main concern with working with realtors, I was hoping to target landlords or like you said Airbnb renters.

@Neil Aggarwal you’re right. I could take pictures of the apartment complex I live in.

@Frank Wong thank you for the advice. I'm wanting to see how feasible it will be with my availability being limited to weekends due to my regular M-F 9-5. Also, in order to get those amazing shots I really need to get some gigs for the marketing materials.

How is everyone doing? I've been a hobbyist photographer for around 11 years or so, and I'm looking to get into Real Estate Photography. I need to build a portfolio, and wanted to see if there's any realtors, landlords, or builders needing pictures taken? If so please PM, so we can discuss. I'm looking forward to working with the community in the DFW area.

@Bruce Lynn thank you for the response. I figured I was too early, but wanted post now so in the coming months if anyone remembers my post could possibly send some leads my way. I will be doing my own due dilligence.

Hello Everyone - My name is Lee Wilson, and I've been a browsing member for a little while now, and plan in the future to purchase my first property. Currently I'm in the need to find a rental House or Townhome not too far from where we currently live. My family and I live around the 75 & Forest area in front of Medical City, and our apartment lease will be up in April of next year. We are currently looking to rent a house or townhome with 3 bds and 2 bths not too far from the area we reside at now. I know staying in that area will be near impossible given the prices, so we would be open to Richardson, Garland, Plano, or going south say Grand Prairie/Desoto area. Our desire to stay close to the current area is due to the daycare we take our son to, and will eventually take our newborn to once that time comes.

I appreciate any help the members can provide.

Thank you.

I think this is what my friend was referring to "Supplemental Security Income". He currently works at the SS office, and was telling me that if a person who are receiving these benefits inherit a house it can affect the amount they are receiving. So they give them a year to decide what to do with the property. If they keep the property then it would decrease the amount of benefits they receive. I wanted to know if there's a legal way to seek out any of these individuals that would be interested in selling their property?

I’m not sure which type of SS benefits he was referring to, but he did mention that coming into a windfall of money and/or inheriting a property would affect their benefits. @Frank

@Frank Adams since he works there he has to have information that you’re not familiar with.
