I'm a wholesaler and have a property under contract 8 days ago however; the owner will not allow me to look inside the property of all four units. Only one is open because the boarded up door came a loose. What can I possibly do now, If buyers wants to do a walk through? FYI, the buyer lives in another country, he has never seen the property, bought it site unseen and loss on it. This is actually what the owner told me, by quote, "We got this property because we are the lender and foreclose the property. We are not the expert to to renovate and sell.

Our original loan amount was $180k so we lost money to sell this price  The original loan amount was $180k so we lost money to sell this price."

And he also told me, "I do not think you can access into the property and property only is sold for “as it”

Let me know thanks.

I really think he doesnt have a clue where he put the key and he's not visiting anytime soon.

At this point I'm not sure what to do, please help!

I really have something in the works
