As a wholesaler i want to build rapper with other end buyers and investors. When observing a property how do you determine the repair cost and if the property is even worth flipping. I know in this business you can make money but building relationships and great deals is more important to me. 

Where can i find and download legitimate documents and contracts for wholesale flipping before going to title company. Do i need an settlement agreement?

For weeks i have been procrastinating on my ability to actually facilitate a wholesale deal. I have come to the conclusion to just follow the "playbook" and get it done. 

Yes i found a seller, i put the property under contract i formulated the numbers (comps,arv,repairs costs), ive even found 2 guaranteed buyers just in case one backs out the deal. So the pressure is on and now im in a hard place as to what to do NEXT. 

The hard part is over....Being Bold and actually going through with it.

After watching a 4 hour webinar from Mark Whiten, I have been extremely interested in whole sale real estate. I have read tons of ebooks from Dean Degriosi to Sean Terry. After ready tons of ebooks they give you valuable information but just enough to keep you ON YOUR TOES. I DESPERATELY want to succeed in real estate. Not entirely for the money but, to become a self sufficient business woman. IF YOU ARE A SEASONED INVESTER IN NORTH CAROLINA, AND JUST HAVE 10 MINUTES OF ADVICE I WILL GREATLY APPRECIATE IT. The ends and outs of this business.  The things they don't tell you in the ebooks that COST 1,000 of dollars that obviously I can't afford. Please just 10 minutes of advice.
