Hello. I’ve been managing my own property from out of state for a year now and really need to off load it to a property management company so I can focus on other stuff.  I’m hesitant to hire just anyone given the horror stories I’ve read about.  Does anyone have any recommendations for PM’s in the Jersey City (Bergen Lafayette area)? Many thanks.

I figured since i’ll be moving there, mine as well buy there. Might consider house hacking there as well.  Though out of curiosity, where in Brooklyn would you find cash flowing multi-family properties for $400k and under?

Relocating from Brooklyn to Boston. Looking to buy inexpensive investment property (under $400k) in MA in an emerging area - can be anywhere is MA. Any suggestions?
