Just listened to the podcast again.  AH-HA moment!!

So how do you pick the right type of real estate lane to get into based on the life-style you want?

I want to build something that will allow me to travel in an RV,in 5 years a 5000sq ft log home in the woods and retire on passive income.

thanks for the advice.  I will dig deeper in the numbers.  Usually, Prescott is pretty pricy, but didn't see it was in semi-commercial.

on the final BRRRR report, it would be nice to show if you get cash out at the refinance phase.

Thanks for your reply Nick. I just found that if you start a new BRRRR report, they have options to reanalyze the report as another type (Flip, Rental, etc.)

Hi all,

is there a way that I can enter property details in one calculator and then transfer them to a different calculator? Im a new investor and it would be helpful to pick out the best scenario for a property.(Fix & flip, rental, wholesale, etc.)
