Well, I have someone going out today to look at it. She had her "friend" who owns a handyman service come out and give an estimate yesterday that was quite a bit more than a local company that we had out there before we moved. I think he inflated the estimate to cover her fence and also the small branch and twig clean up. I am willing to suck it up a bit to keep them in there, that's why I'm getting another estimate because they do pay their rent timely.

I have property in NC that was damaged by the strom. Of the several trees I have down, on has hit my renters installed chain link fence. The trees were healthy, and since it was an act of God, I think her renters would cover this. Am I right? Also, what about cleaning up the yard debris? Not the big stuff, I'm talking about small branches and all?

Thank you all for your input.
