I'm working to determine the cost of building a modular home.

I recieved a interesting deal from a whole sellers. Asking price is 225k, 12k to demo the currently building, although it can be renovated. Arv for 3,000 square foot home 500k. I reached out to a modular home builder for an estimate. However they have yet to respond. Can someone please help me with the cost of the new construction?

@Leon Lee

Some Repeat guests, not all, have a since of entitlement. This for me is a bigger issue than first time guests.

After reading your post there is one guest that come to mind. This guest had only one review (witch was negative). However she booked instantly. During her stay she verbalized that she was putting forth effort to be a better guest. After she check out I gave her a five star review.

@Theresa Harris thank you for your response. I don't think my question was clear. I meant An FHA 203k construction loan. Can it be used for a quad or is it just for single family homes?

Hi BP community,

What size property can I finance using a 203k mortgage? Is it only for single families, or can I use it for a quad?

Hi BP, i'm not that new to BP, i do more reading in the forum than i do posting. However i'm looking for some insight on an idea that came to me. I just evicted a tenant from one of the nicest apartments in my portfolio and originally thought about personally occupying it, but i move around alot, so i began thinking about air b and b. That way i can use it when i want and collect income when i'm away. So my question is is it a good idea to have a single air b and b apartment in a small multi unit buildon? Or having multiple air b and b apartments spreaded out over multiple small multi unit buildings?
