What ever fee you charge be sure that it is after he makes a profit, put a contract in place or build your fee into the discount price and have him pay you your fee on the sale. If he has 1.3, he has 2.4.

Keep your fee % low ie. 3-5% of you want it up front, of when he makes a profit, 20-35%. Hope that helps.
