Hi all. I am an OOS investor interested in the Columbus area and would really appreciate the maps if you are willing to share: @Marc Rice @Zeke Liston

Do you all know of any good realtor who can walk the property for an OOS investor?

After pouring through ton of infomations on bigger pocket. I finally pull the trigger and purchase a duplex . My next step is to Reno the place and make it ready for rental. Being out of country, will need some good reliable handyman contact. Possible to seek for help on contact Pls.

Aside to Corey , it will be great if you may PM me the info for handyman. Thks

It is very inspiring to heard of so many successes in property investing in biggerpocket. As an out of state investor...after many months of reading and research. I finally found a four-plex around South hull area , intersection E edgemont Ave and wilmington road.

Before, i pull the trigger, would like to seek opinions from senior investor if the area is a good neighborhood ? Would it be difficult to find tenants?

Separately, do you all have any good property manager for recommedation in montgomery?

For advise pls!

Cheers!

Hi Forum ppl,

I am a foreign investor who is keen to purchase a duplex - quadruple for cash flow property.

Is there any good turnkey company anyone who may recommend?

Looking for senior advise!

Hi All,

I am an out of state investor who is considering investing in Lubbock multifamily unit. However, i am not too sure if the town is difficult to rent out? Noted that there are some investors investing in Lubbock ,Tx. What is your sensing of the market ? Would it be advisable to do a buy and hold for rental stategy there? Also, will property managment be costly there ?
Will foreigner be able to get loan there ?
Looking forward for  advise.
