Hello Aaron. One of the peculiarities of an assignment contract is that everyone knows your fee. Generally, what you earn from the assignment is inconsequential as long as the other party is getting a greater value proportionate to your fee. In other words, if your fee is greater than or equal to the value they receive from the transaction, that will likely be your first and last deal with this party.
