Hey all!

I wanted to know y’alls thoughts on the Jake and Gino multifam investment community? Is it worth the cost?

Ultimately trying to learn and network with other multifam Real Estate investors out there!

TIA!

Lawrence

Hi All-

Looking for y’all’s advise on where you are currently investing. I have started to pull out a bunch of equity from my rentals and will be looking to add to my portfolio.

I’m located in FL and deals are hard to come by, prices have sky-rocketed and it’s a tough market to be in right now IMO. That being said, are there any markets out there where I will be happy with cash flow? I’m hearing cities like Cleveland, Kansas City, Oklahoma City are good starts.

What is your advice?

TIA

Lawrence

@Will Gaston thanks, Will. That makes a lot of sense and I will do just that. It’s taking that next step is where I’m having trouble. Once I can leverage the equity I have, what is that next step? What is the proper move.
