How much do you think the rehab estimates for this house based on these pictures? House is 1600 sq ft. Located in Northern California. I had a contractor give me an estimate of 120-140k

Hi everyone! I am just starting out as a wholesaler and I am looking to connect with like-minded individuals in the area. I have been researching a lot on this site and right now I am D4D looking for potential sellers.  My goal is to get at least one deal done this year. Any tips would be greatly appreciated!
