Michaela G. Thanks for responding, I was referring to the riverdale area. But just airports in general, do renters see that as an advantage or a disadvantage ?

Hey BP Nation, and especially Atlanta Investors, I just moved out to GA and I'm pretty much a newbie to Real Estate investing. I've been looking at some single family properties in and around the College Park area (Clayton county) and I have a question for you guys today. 1. What do you think about investing in properties 10-20 minutes from an airport like Hartsfield Jackson International ? Thanks in advance!

Good question Scott! I'm currently a Business Management major and Entrepreneurship minor at Kennesaw State University. This major will help me to do a lot of the operations managing in the beginning of my REI career and the minor will help me to navigate through the business world as an investor. This minor will also come in play for something I have in store for the coming years!
