Good afternoon, 

My name is LaVelt Gilmore. I am a remodel specialist and currently seeking to build a buyers list for properties in the milwuakee,rock and Dane counties. I enjoy my W-2 and it brings me great pleasure but I am looking to step my foot into wholesaling in my spare time. I believe my advantage is I'm very knowledgeable in rehabbing home, have a keen eye for potential, drive quite a bit so that exposes me to seeing various properties, I hold a RE salesperson license , I'm ethical and I have connections to many quality contractors.
