Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Lived in this home for many years before buying another and renting this one out.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I am wanting to build passive income

How did you finance this deal?

Bank

How did you add value to the deal?

Lessons learned? Challenges?

Our insurance has been canceled on this home and we are working on getting insurance to cover when this current one ends. I would not invest in this area again.

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Buy and hold rental property. We bought for my mother to live in.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I am working toward passive income to live off of.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

We bought this property from my father in law.

How did you finance this deal?

Bank

Lessons learned? Challenges?

Insurance being canceled due to the area and finding insurance for it. If I were to do it again I would go to a different area to invest.
