A guy called me. heavy accent. gave me this URL, but the phone isn't working. he said on the phone he wants me to trust him- another red flag. then he says the app on the website isn't working. he will send me another one. This sounds so sketchy but it's my first time doing, so i'm not sure what the norm is. Thanks.
