Thank you very much for your help, to clarify, I was able to get a commercial loan for the purchase of a single-family home for rental . The terms were 15 year amortization with a 5-year balloon. I am currently trying to buy another single family but I would like longer-term and was told by my financial institution that it was not possible if purchase with my LLC. Thanks again

Hello everyone , after forming an LLC for my real estate Investments,I am having a hard time finding long-term financing ( 15,30 yrs ) with conventional lenders for Real Estate purchases. I am just getting started and I would appreciate some advice. Thanks
