Is there anybody that can point me to a good realtor in that Jacksonville area that is also knowledgeable in regards to bank owned properties. Already pre-approved for VA Loan just looking to buy at this point.

Hello everyone!

Just came here for some insight. I’m looking to buy a home in the Jacksonville area. Recently got pre-approved and interested in a property in the Brentwood area. I’m not really familiar with Jacksonville, so I would love some input. Is Brentwood on the road to development ? Or is it not worth the investment ?
