I couldn't agree more!  We stick to just one platform and it's helped our ranking a ton. We also allow instant book but only to folks that have positive reviews.  Anyone else still needs to message us first.  It's working out great

Hey everyone!  Super psyched to join this community. 

As a realtor in the Boston area for the last ten years, and successful AirBnB owner up in NH, I'm ready to shift my focus to building a strong cash flowing portfolio. I picked up the BRRRR method book and feeling confident in setting it all up (we did a similar process for our Airbnbs).

The sweet spot for us is sub 400k and we are looking mostly in NH, central MA and possibly RI for deals.  We do a lot of the work ourselves and so within 2 hours of Needham is ideal. 

Loving all the threads in the app and learning from seasoned investors!
