How long should I be accepting offers on a wholesale assignment? Is it dependent on how quickly the seller wants to close? I'd like to give cash buyers 2-3 days but not sure if this is too short of a time period.

Can a deed in lieu of foreclosure be cancelled with the bank?  According to the homeowner he was trying to give his house back to the bank and the house has been "tied up in paperwork with the bank" for over 2 years. I'm trying to help him get it out of this process if it is possible.

Thank you both for your responses! @Ben Roberts, I would like to hear more about the process. I'm always happy to learn from anyone who has some experience.

I'm a new wholesaler in the Memphis area and don't really have financing. How do I find someone to partner with who could help on the financing side? I don't want to get something under contract and not have the ability to close on it if needed and mislead a seller. Thanks.

Hey everyone,

My husband and I have been discussing getting into real estate and building something for ourselves for over a year now and have decided wholesaling may be a good start for us. What areas do investors like to buy in and why? Any other advice is appreciated as well.

@James Wachob I know this is an old thread,  but I would love a copy of that map if you wouldn't mind sharing.
