@James Wise I totally agree with you! As a newbie in this field, I think this verbiage should not be allowed. Nothing is absolutely free, it’s going to cost you something if it’s worth anything.

As a newbie in real estate, is the more common path to fix n flip, then acquire rentals? Little capital but decent credit score 😣
