Thank you Ryan and Rob, Been asking for the leases for over a month now. We just got an attorney involved.

Just getting started in real estate. 22 days away from closing on a six plex and the property management co. that's taking care of it will not give us the leases. Four of the units have tenants. Do they have to give them to us or can we make the tenants sign new leases on the closing day.
