Selling my BPCon ticket for $700 USD. I'd rather sell and make something than nothing at all. My schedule has changed, and I can't make it this year. Let me know if you're interested!

Hey Laura, I would love to buy right now, as I’m at the conference! What is your Venmo/cashapp?
Hey, Nick, I hope you found a ticket! I had replied to my post that I already sold my ticket. Wishing you the best of luck and have a great time!

Hi, all. Looking for Austin/Central Texas CPA for occasional advising and regular tax prep. Prefer someone local, so I can sit down face-to-face and develop a relationship with a real estate savvy person who knows the local market. Thank you in advance!

Hi, all! Looking for a CPA in Austin/Central Texas who focuses on helping us real estate investors keep more of our money. I need tax advising and preparation, and I'd like to be able to meet someone face to face and for it to be someone who knows the local market.
Thank you in advance for your help with this!

Hi, Michael. Do you mind sharing what the 2040 plan is for Lubbock? I'm interested.

Hi, @Saurabh Patel. Without seeing your listing or knowing the exact location, it's hard to give advice, but it could be that your ppsf is too high for what you have to offer. Just guessing here... With cookie cutter houses like in that area, there usually needs to be something outstanding to offer a resident to attract them. You can PM me the listing, if you'd like my personal opinion. It's worth what it cost you! :)

@Jack Norris Hi! Yes, I've met several folks who've moved into my neighborhood alone from Austin to escape the high prices and traffic there, but those are homeowners. I've had two tenants who've moved here from Austin, one who drove back and forth, but she was the exception, not the rule, as @Ryan Kelly stated. Most just move here and find employment here.

It's hard to predict from your description how well your prospective rental will do. PM me. I do think, however, that you've definitely come to the right market.
