In which areas are you looking? I live and own in Carroll Gardens but many of my friends are buying multi-families south of Prospect Park. Maybe that would be a good area for you.

1. What do you do in tech

I am a product manager for an ed-tech company called Chegg. Although I don't code, I work with engineers every day to create tech solutions for students.

I am leaving my job at Chegg next month to focus full-time on HomeFlow (www.tryhomeflow.com), my new venture and a platform that will help first-time homebuyers have a better experience buying a home.

2. How do mix tech and REI

They are all one for me! I use technology to help home buyers buy their first home.

At the same time, I bought an apartment last year in NY, which is what gave me the idea to start HomeFlow.

3. Which part is the side hustle Tech or REI?

HomeFlow is the side hustle until November 2019, then I will focus on it at 100%
