My sis and I want to get started in real estate investing. I've read practically every Robert Kiyosaki book published. I know we can learn a lot by reading and online, but I think it would be nice to pop in a DVD seminar for some education. Any recommendations? I don't mind investing a few dollars in something worthwhile. Thanks in advance!

I've been contemplating real estate for several years. I've been reading Robert Kiyosaki for years, and his philosophy makes (common) sense to me! Time to move from thinking to action! Only problem is I found a potential deal, but I'm short on capital...I have lots of research to do asap if I'm going to act on this deal!
