Thanks everyone!  I'm looking forward to getting to know these neighborhoods firsthand.

Of the top of your head:

1) what Indianapolis neighborhoods are best for someone who wants an older home with character in a well-established area that's within walking distance to lots of trendy shops, restaurants, gallaries etc.?

2)In your opinion, what are the best "up and coming" neighborhoods --those with a lot of recent rehab/fix and flip activity?

Thank you!

Recommendations please!  I'm a RE agent in Denver and expect my IN license to be issued later this week.  Half of my current business involves income/rental properties and I'm I'm looking for a local Brokerage to join that is experienced with  and enthusiastic about income property.   With 5+ years experience I don't need rigorous on-boarding but do want a firm that stays on top of market trends and provides good continuing education.  Most important is they share my belief that what's best for the client is far more important than closing a deal.

Thanks in advance!
