@Greg Koszkul As an investor,it really depends if you are analyzing a deal for wholesaling, fix and flip or buy and hold. It is different if you are looking at analyzing a deal from a lender point of view.

If you are new to real estate investing or have not really built a thriving wholesaling business yet, you might be thinking that the competition is hard nowadays, or you cannot find good deals. The good news is that it is not true.

I agree. Regular MLS listings are at a stand still, since listing and showing properties are not viable options right now.

But reaching out to property owners of rental properties or 2nd homes, that is where we see an increase in response and better conversations/negotiations. 

I was referring as being an investor in my post, not as an agent. 🙂
